Taking the Triple concept a step further we’ve utilized 3 malts, 3 hops, 3 sugar sources. Fermented with Lillooet wild desert honey this Belgian-style Tripel is effervescent with complex aromas of honey and spice followed by flourishes of fruit and a perceived dry finish.

Draught at Alibi Room, Vancouver
Hazy golden color with medium sized head. Malty aroma, mellow, with light fruity touch. Good body strength, round mouthfeel, sweet malt flavor, with quite strong spice profile and lingering fruity touch; strong but balancing bitterness, long final.
Very good beer, powerful, easy to drink, fresh, with a lot of character.

Pours a cloudy amber with moderate head. Rich aromas of honey and yeast. Flavors of cloves, dried bananas, honey, and toasted malts. Smooth and tasty. No hint of the ABV.

On tap at the Alibi Room for the 500th beer list celebration, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma smells awesome, like a traditional Belgian tripel, with notes Belgian yeast, spiced apple, and dry notes. Flavour is really wonderful, just like an authentic Belgian tripel, with notes of candied sugar, dry Belgian yeast, and slices. Finishes dry, with just a tiny bit of sweetness on the finish. Highly drinkable, dry and lightly sweet. Excellent stuff.
