Cask at Siren Sessions and Sours day, 11/07/15. Cherry red with moderately appointed crimson spotting. Nose is tarte berry skins, sharp blackcurrant intake, shades of rhubarb, earthy. Taste comprises light spice, tangy red berry, straw, bitter blackcurrant, red berry crumble. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with a little acidity. Decent mellow berry sour, plenty of flavour for the ABV.

Cask at Siren. It pours cloudy red-purple with minimal head. The nose is earthy, generic fruitiness, plum skin, funky, dirt and barnyard. The taste is tart upfront, good mouth-pucker, sour blackcurrant, plum skin, sherbet, earth, tart green apple and lemon rind with a dry, tart finish. Light-medium body and fine carbonation. Simple, refreshing sour.

Bottle shared at chriso’s pre-Christmas tasting 2014 - London. Pours hazy pink with a frothy white head. The aroma has tart berries and honey. Light sweet flavor with good and clean tartness, berry skins, light acidity. Light bodied with average, spritzy carbonation. Clean finish, dry and tart, with further tangy berries. Good one.
