Sample at the brewpub. Slightly hazy reddish-copper color with a thin white head that burns away quickly to a sparse outer ring. Spotty lacing. Aroma of fruit, malt and herbs. Light-bodied with flavors of chocolate malt, berries and spice. The finish is floral and fruity. Decent overall.

Tap at Cask and Vine Slightly hazy light golden color with a thin white head. Caramel toffee and a hint of chocolate with a light earthy woody kind of note to it. Not bad for a gruit.
