In a world where everything’s moving faster, moderation is sneered at and excess is celebrated we’re slowing things down with this easy-drinking US-style Pale Ale. Creatively mixed to deliver a balanced beer with a rich malty base under a steady beat of citrus flavours. Unfiltered for a craft cloudy look and maximum flavour.

33 cl bottle @ Rex, Umeå. BBE 25.08.2015. Aroma has grainy malt, peaches and some fruity hops. Feels fresh. Flavour has minerals, peaches and hayish malt. Finishes dry with grapefruit and gooseberry bush - and some herbal bitterness.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival, 2 Oct 2014) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, malty nose with notes of citrus, orange peel and grapefruit. Malty, fruity taste with citrus, toast, orange peel, grapefruit, crystal malt and a generous citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. Fresh, tasty and very drinkable. Nice one.

330ml bottle, batch no.3, provided by djoeye. Frothy off-white head slowly vanishing. Cloudy orange coloured body. Aroma of citrus with fresh grapefruit upfront and malty sweetness beneath. Likewise, the taste profile is made up by fresh fruity hops, lots of citrus, joined by herbs and earth, leading to a bittersweet finish. Fine bodied. A good one (shared with Finn, Tromsø 04.11.2014).

(Keg at Viisi Penniä, 20141010) The beer poured amber and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had citricness, perfume and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, sweetness, malts, herbalness and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet, hoppy and bitter. A nice but not crisp enough pale ale.

Tap at Beer Hunters. Clear copper color, good white head, lace. Mango, pine in the nose. Light-bodied. Mango tropical fruityness. Some piney resin notes. Decent session beer.
