As a tart beer lover, this undoubtedly is the best brew I've had at Helicon. It rocks. On tap its cloudy pale with a thin creamy head. Initially I think ts not too tart but that builds thru the session. Its so pleasantly pleasing. Very tasty. More tart than a fruity berliner, yet civilized in its delivery. Yummy. So fu, so friendly, so delicious. So enjoyable. Yes, there is a fruit, maybe peach, but it never overridesthat whole beer experience. This is simply one lovely brew. Nice job Heli! Excellent. I ve been waiting for these guys to get a wild brew and this is not disappointing.
