Two Rabbits Bourbon Scotch Ale 6% A reddish-brown rather than orange-brown like the Smoked Scotch Ale but it has the same thick dense beige foam. Candied stone fruits and caramel with hints of oak. Full bodied and velvety smooth with some bourbon heat. At first you get caramel and fruits but then the bourbon crashes through with vanilla and oak. I’m surprised how much heat and bourbon comes through with the 6% ABV. Interesting brew well worth trying.

Can. Big bourbony nose of vanilla, butter, cream, huge toffee and caramel, chocolate. Flavor is even more sweet Jack Daniels, vanilla cream and coconut, toffee. Very sweet and dessert-like and quite delicious.
