Bottle @ Assentoft tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are grass, wheat malt, fruits, yeast and hops. Sweet and fruity.

Pours hazy deep golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, wheat and hint of banana. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long slightly warm, bubblegum and hint of banana finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. A hazy, dark golden beer with a finger-thick off-white head that lasts. The aroma has a good dash of bubblegum, banana and wheat. Some cloves, grass and hay chiming in. It’s sweet and lightly warming on the palate, with the same weissbier-ish elements found in the aroma. Some bitterness towards the very end. Full body, soft carbonation. Lasting sweet and fruity finish. Too sweet and bubblegum-ish this one. 1401011
