Bottle 500ml. [ As Nøisom Bonfire Blonde ].Clear medium yellow - amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, cabbage water, flowers - herbs, tea. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, vegetables - herbs, tea, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20141025]

0.5l bottle from # 32. Makes a lovely sound when pouring it in the glass this one! You know those klunk klunk noises you long for when the weekend is nearing. Anyhow, in the glass this is a soft blurry looking one, it's deep golden almost a little amber in color and it has a nice big lasting bubbly white head with good lacing capabilities. The first thing I get on the nose is lots of grains mixed with sawdust, diacetyl and malts. It's really wort-ish in the nose to say the least. Not what I expect in a blond to be honest, but it has no clear off-smells. Tastes quite nice actually. As this is a 4 . something percent either lacks a bit on the mouthfeel, not directly watery but quite light and as is the carbonation level. A mild roasted hint all the way through in this one. The malt profile makes a good appearance. Malty drops with tones of citrus and aroma hops. The diacetyl also sticks in the taste here - unfortunately, but it's somehow subdued in the background. Yeah, it's definitely lightdrinkable and quite tasty. More like a malty amber or English style pale ale than a blond IMO but all in all a good enough blonde that I have no problems recommend to my beer-gentle fends. 01.03.2014

Bottle. Deep golden-orange colour with an off-white head. Aroma is malt, peaches, pine. Flavour is malt, hop, peaches, pine, citrus. Medium body. Ordinary beer.

Bottle. It pours a small, off-white head over a lightly unclear, golden body. It’s a bit weak on the nose, but pleasant, with peaches, pine cone notes, citrus zest and a background of pale malts. A bit weak flavor too, and a bit dead on the palate. Medium body and a pleasant carbonation level. Citrus zest, pine cones and peaches, with a bit low level of bitterness. Long, bitter and citrusy finish. Not very interesting this one, but it drinks easy and isn’t flawed. 141025

Pours hazy deep golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, orange and citrus. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a orange and citrus fruity finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Flaske fra Matkroken Stokka: fin skum som varer hele veien ned. Aroma av grønne epler og Zalo. Smaken innfrir heller ikke, her er for lite citrus og for mye grønne epler for min smak.

Flaske 500ml på Tamburen, Gamlebyen 27 Jul 14. Aprikosfarget. Lavt tett skum. Uklar. Veldig god ferskenaroma. Smaken forsterker fruktpreget. Blir syrlig bitter etterhvert. Sitrus. Frisk & god.
