Bomber pours slightly hazy pale copper – gold with kind of fizzy off white head. The mild aroma puts out earthy malts, grainy malts, a bit of floral, spicy and earthy hops as well as a touch of apple like esteriness. The taste has a mild level of spicy hops and earthiness that bleeds into sweet malts notes and a bit of grainy maltiness. Midway and into the finish I get mild and muted spicy hops and floral hops with a slightly stale earthy maltiness mixing with a touch of pear like esteriness.
