Tap at University of Beer in Davis, CA. Pours beautiful dark copper with a beige head. Aroma is malty with grass/citrus? Med body or better. Flavor is malty, a little rye spice, some citrus and then tropical fruit aspects? For me it’s a bit complex. Lots of flavor. Drinking really nice.

On tap at Uber Tavern, pours a hazy orange amber with a medium beige head. Aroma brings out shitloads of rye, loads of dry hops, and biscuity notes. Flavour is extremely hoppy and rye-dominated, with shitloads of scorched hops and intense rye. Completely unbalanced, with too much harshness, even for an extreme hophead like me. Not good.
