On tap at Huss, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out heaps of coconut upfront, followed by a touch of lactose. Flavour follows through, with heaps of coconut dominating everything, with a touch of lactose and coffee. Lovely coconut character. Very nice.

Shaker pint draft at the brewpub in Scottsdale, Arizona. The pour is black brown with a 1/2 inch light khaki head. The aroma is toasted coconut, sweet vanilla and faint roast. The taste sweet vanilla, coconut and a touch of coffee (and cream) sweet finish. The palate is light to medium bodied with soft carbonation and a sweet finish. Solid for what it is - a sweet coconut stout.

Tap @ Papagos. Pours deep clear black, small beige head, some lacing. Aroma is roasty, cocoa, ashtray. Flavor - there is the coconut! Light plus sweet, light bitter, coconut, mounds bars, roasted malts. Medium light body, perhaps a tad watery but otherwise pretty darn solid. Tasty addition. Kind of Last Snow light.

Pours cloudy very dark brown with airy light tan head. Clear aroma of Bailey’s, with all its coconut and cream madness. Sourish flavour of something synthetic, especially the coconut ersatz, and of sourish, grainy notes. Honestly, it tastes like (probably) a new Wunderbaum dangling from your rear view mirror. Sourish aftertaste. Weird. Not satisfactory.
