330ml bottle from S-Market Ykkösrasti, Kuopio

BBE 10/14 - Pours clear golden orange with a smooth head. Aroma of earthy notes, grainy malts, sweet fruits and yeast. Taste is sweetish, grainy and fruity with some herbal notes. Finish is dry, yeasty and a bit stuffy. Not very good.

A slightly orange yellow beer almost without head. The aroma is slightly tropical, piney, also some vegetables. Taste of grain, slightly tropical, pine and hint of vegetables. The bitterness is quite mild but together with a quite light body it’s enough. Quite boring beer, it can be seen that the good beer is trying to brew but the result is not very succesfully.

Bottle 330ml (K-Kamppi)
Slightly hazy yellow color, small white head. In the weak nose is flowery hops and some kind of grainyness. Light-bodied, quite watery palate. Front is pineapple fruity then leading to decent piney hoppyness. Malt profile is a kind of meh, tolerable hops for all around IPA. Leaves you half way. --- Beer merged from original tick of Gluteeniton Kauppaipa on 17 Nov 2015 at 15:14 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5. Hazy orange color, small white head. Light citrus, watermelon, pineapple in the nose. Light-bodied. Very hoppy session ipa. Front has some fruityness then some grass and strong grapefruity hoppyness. Interesting. If this is gluten free then for those who can’t drink normal beers it is a good one.

Bottled (from K Citymarket Kivihaka, Vaasa). Hazy orangeish golden colour with a small white fluffy head, that vanishes quite fast. Aroma is nicely fruity and floral with some nectary notes when cold. As it warms up even a slight bit from being fridge cold it gets some slight strange pukelike sourness to it, which messes up the otherwise very nice aroma. Flavour is quite similar. Quite ok as such, but the strange sourness sucked. Not sure if this was a spoilt bottle or what, but I’ll look a bit through the fingers in the scoring of this one... as I want it to be good. --- Beer merged from original tick of Gluteeniton Kauppaipa on 17 Nov 2015 at 15:14 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5. Original review text: Bottled@AIH53 (from Lumo, Rauma). Goldeny amber colour, small white head. Aroma is kind of not much, just some fruity and floral notes with mild bready malts. As it gets warmer the aroma gets closer to the flavour. Flavour is nicely floral, tropical fruity, some bitter wood, mild fruity notes. Nice hoppy bite in the finish.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - BB 10/14, at Villi Wäinö, courtesy of VastActiv, 20140402) The beer poured orange and hazy. Its head was small and white. Aroma had fruitiness, grass and mildly malts. Palate was light bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, grass, hay, malts and bitterness. Afteraste was short and bitter. A rather clean but too thin brew.

33 cl bottle @ home, BBE10/2014
Aroma is fruity, somewhat heavy and sweet with hops and caramel. Also some mango. Flavour has fruity hops, caramel and hints of candy. Unfortunately there’s also some vegetable-like off-flavours here. --- Beer merged from original tick of Gluteeniton Kauppaipa on 24 Oct 2019 at 16:22 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 5.5. Original review text: 50 cl can @ We Dev & Sausages. BBE 03.07.2020 Aroma has sweet caramel tones, toasted sugar and toffee. Flavour has heavy grain, toffee typical to English ales, some menthol and mild resiny notes. Session IPAs should be crisp and refreshing, this is just heavy and not-so-refreshing. Clean but not faithful to the style; feels a bit like English PA.
