Fonefan 310814. Golden colour with asome white bubbles. Aroma is yeast, apple, sourness. Flavour is sweet, yeast, sugar, apple, sourness, grass. Medium body. Weak ordinary cider.

Bottle 750ml. corked @ after Tasting at The Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2014, TSODRBSG14. [ As Ecusson Cidre Doux ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate apple, sweet apples, sugary apples, vanilla. Flavour is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average duration, sweet apples, sugary apple, sharp apple, medium dry. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20140831]

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. No head. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are sweet apples, little sugar and fruits. Sweet light acidic finish.

Bottle, 75cl corked. It’s a clear, golden cider with a rim of white bubbles. Some earthy, orchard-ish notes in the aroma, but sweetish apples dominates. White sugar, sour apples and some grass in the flavor. Medium body, with a soft carbonation, rather sweet, but not sticky. Lasting sweet apple finish. Quite decent this one, but a tad too boring and sweetish. 140831

Bottle. Sweet over-ripe apple aroma. Clear golden colour. Taste is really sweet, but good natural apple flavour. Could attenuate more, but tasty nevertheless.

Golden in colour, sour-fruity and very apply in the nose. The cidre starts very sweet, a bit like tart apple juice with bubbles. The mainpart is nicely sweet, not too sweet, nicely balanced. Tart. The aftertaste is astringent, nicely sour-sweet, flavourful and typical cider apple flavour!
