Cask half-pint at The Crown Inn, Oakengates during their 42nd Beer Festival, 28th Apr 2017. Hazy pour with a heavy lemon presence throughout: not really my thing but nothing wrong with it, just too much citrus for me. Scored objectively, pump clip told me what to expect.

Bottle on holiday in Lyme Regis. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and has reasonable fine carbonation. Smooth malts, mildly sweet. Hops bring light orange, some pith. Touches of yellow grapefruit and a little citric peel. Finishes smooth and semi dry with mild floralness and a whisper of lemon. Bitter citric peel lingers on. Decent.

Cask at the Cambridge Winter Ales Festival 2015. Yellow and hazy. Low carbonation. Massive grapefruit and lemon peel aroma. Bittersweet fruity hit. Mostly bitter, with sugary sweet edges. Bittersweet finish. Gets better and better over the course of the drink. Recommended.

Unfined version, cask-conditioned on gravity at the Green Man, Bristol, 30/5/2014. Hazy gold, with a slight, off-white head. Pleasant tropical fruits, some crisp malts leading to a dryish finish. Very good.
