Gypsy Lager is a Munich-style Helles brewed in the tradition of great German Lagers. Munich and Vienna malts provide a honeyed backbone that is contrasted with the clean bitterness of Perle Hops. The result is a crisp and refreshing beer.

On tap at Ram’s Head, Annapolis on 5/25/14 as part of their sampler. Pours gold, no head. Smells of lager - grainy lager. Tastes of wheat, grass, and grains. Bitter. OK.

Good for a lager. Then again I have 1/128th Gyspy blood so I’m not objective. Pours amber with ok head and lacing. Perle hops taste like saaz kind of here. On tap at DC Summerfest.

Thanks to the nice man at the Dean Swift who threw this in as an extra for purchasing some Bullfinch beers. Bright clear gold beer. Palate is dry and crisp. Dry malt, suitably lagerish but also clean. A bare whisper of something hoppy. Dry airy finish. One dimensional and dry.

Draft at the DC Craft Beer Festival. Poured a clear golden color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was malt forward, crisp malts. Some slightly herbal, neutral hops. Clean.
