Slightly grainy-spicy malty, floral-grassy hoppy and yeasty spicy, minimally yeasty fruity aroma, hints of fresh hay, a touch of white pepper, chamomile, pear, banana. Taste is dry, floral-grassy hoppy, yeasty spicy and slightly yeasty fruity, minimally grainy-spicy, malty basis with very low residual sweetness, hints of yellow stone fruit, fresh hay, a touch of chamomile, white pepper, a tart-ish, fruit acidic touch, some hop bitterness; increasing citrusiness. Watery texture, dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Quite rich and multifacetted, balanced, refreshing, some Witbier allusions - good!

Donker geel bier met schuim. Smaak is licht bitter kruidig met iets van fruit en wat hout. Een degelijk bier.

Small, ever so slightly yellowish head over hazy orange-yellow beer. Wild yeasts, bit of 1,4 guaiacol (clove), fruity esters, yeast, herbs. Hint at benzene. Bitterish and herbal, spicy. Again lots of yeast features, but it does not taste as if unfermented through. Finish is just a bit more bitter, metallic. Aftertaste acquires a bit of bitter almonds. Light body, almost watery. Hazy pale golden color with a fine head. Ok lacing. Looks good and inviting. Pleasant aroma with some yeast and citric notes. Fine carbonation level. Easy to drink. Ok fresh acidity and a semi dry ending. Citric, herbal and mild yeast in the flavor. Refreshing and ok beer.

Flaske 75 cl kjøpt på vinmonopolet Jekta Troms, smakt juli 2104. Aroma urter, karamell, gjær. Utseende uklar gylden med hvitt skum. Smak urter, gjær, karamell, noe sitrus. Mild og interesant øl med belgisk preg.

Bottle at B�din �lfestival, Bod�. Pours a slightly hazy straw colour with a small off-white head. Aroma of Belgian yeast, citrus, spices, grass and banana. Hint of sulphur. A fruity and hoppy flavour with Belgian yeast, dry hay, spices and grass. Has a slick mouth feel, medium body and a medium bitterness. A fresh, hoppy and fruity Belgian ale.

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of fruits, dusty hops, malt, and a bit of alcohol. The flavor is sweet with notes of fruits, yeast, and straw, leading to a bitter finish.
