[2/16/15] Draught at Discretion Brewing in Soquel. Clear amber-brown. Malty and nutty aroma with a fruity hint. Sweet flavor, malty, nutty, with a toasty note, a yeasty hint and a bitterish finish with and earthy note. Quite light-bodied.

[ As Discretion Song In Your Heart ].Clear medium amber color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, caramel. Pours clear and golden orange to brown with a small tan head. Aroma is toasted malty, caramelish and breadish. Bitter, light fruity and smooth toasted, bitter and slight herbal finish.

Pours clear brown with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, hint of chocolate and citrus. Taste is light sweet and light bitter with a light malty finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

It pours a cleara, amber colored body under a small, dense, beige head. The aroma is roasted and lightly coffee-ish, with a distinct fruityness and some piney hints. It’s roasted and coffeeish in the mouth, dry and medium bodied, with a pleasant and soft carbonation. Roasted and quite fruity finish with some prunes. Sure easy drinkable and all that, but a tad boring. 140829

Tap. Pours chestnut with a small creamy off white head and great lacing. Aroma is caramel, biscuit, just a bit nutty. Flavor about the same, a touch of astringence. Light sweet, minimal bitterness. Medium body, creamy mouthfeel.
