Draft at GTMW 2015. Clear yellow color, medium white head. Aroma of peppery straw. taste is clean, crisp, light lager. OK.

[ As Blind Tiger Capital City Kölsch ].Clear medium yellow color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, pale malt, light yeasty, fruity, earthy. Flavour is light moderate sweet with a average duration, pale malt, fruity, plastic, light sharp - sour. Body is light to medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20140516]

Golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is fruit, malt, hop. Flavour is fruit, malt, hop, hay, floral. Medium body. Ordinary beer.

Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is grassy and light cornish. Grassy. Bitter, cornish and light grassy. Ends dry and bitter.

Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, floral and hint of spices. Taste is light sweet and light bitter. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Pours clear light golden with quickly disappearing white head. CLear aroma of yeast, hops and paper. Light, sweetish flavour of malt, with notes of hops and subtle paperlike touches. Bitter, hoppy aftertaste, without the typical paperlike notes. OK but rather different from other beers of this type I have tasted.

Clear golden with small white head. Aroma is malt, grainy, spices and a little straw. Flavour is malt, fruit, grainy, straw, little sweet, hop, phenols, little marzipan? and a little bitter.
