Cask at the Well & Bucket, Shoreditch way, 27/03/14. Clear golden with a moderate off white swirl. Nose is juicy hops, orange pith, light grapefruit, hint of pine, citric pithdom, soft bread dough. Taste comprises citric pithdom, grassy, punchy hop notes, mandarin, soft bread dough. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent sessionable affair with a nice hop bite.

Old Fountain. Cask. Almost.clear gold beer, tidy white head. Palate is light, softish and dry with fine carbonation. Light dry pale malt. Good pithy orange hops with lesser fresh orange. Whispers of lemon.and grapefruit. Light dry finish with a mild carbonated bite. Nice juicy hop fruits but it’s a tad dry.
