Pours reddish orange amber. Aroma has some floral hops, blossoming. Somehow I can feel strawberries… and a bit of alcohol. Taste is quite well balanced, fruity with some citrus. It has a nice body, well balanced with hops. Aftertaste has some grapefruit peel bitterness, lasts longer. As an IPA, this one is good, nicely bitter and not too heavy. Almost session able - only if it didn’t have that high abv!

Sample at Falling Rock Tap House in Denver. The beer is a ruddy orange color with a medium off-white head that dissipates steadily. Rings of lacing on the glass. Hoppy aroma with sweet caramel malt notes. Medium, clean body with flavors of piney hops, caramel, malt and also a touch a spice. The finish is hops and pine with a lingering bitterness left over. A slightly off-kilter IPA overall, but not in a bad way. Not bad.

Great name - great beer - the nose is full of bright fruity notes and zesty hop character - the flavor is much the same, with a wonderful balance of lightly sweet malt, bright fruitiness, and spicy hops - nothing in-your-face, just damn tasty - I could drink this all day.
