Showcasing the bold character of our favorite Bordeaux varietal against the backdrop of a tart farmhouse ale blend, this stunning garnet-colored beer bursts with aromas and flavors of cherry and blackberry and boasts a complex tannin structure from the oak aging and fermentation on the grape must.

500 ml bottle, 2/14/26. Pours a dark reddish-purple color with a beige head. Red wine, grape must, dark fruit. Sour, funky, flavorful.

500 mL bottle, brought back from Seattle by my wife! Clear, dark red color, with a fleeting, fizzy head. The nose is distinct red wine, cherry juice, orange peel, and light pipe tobacco. Sweet and juicy, with a mild tartness. Medium body, syrupy, lightly acidic, and mildly astringent. Quality, very vineous, and tasty.
