Sours and IPAs are probably the most popular types of beers among craft beers. But what will you get when you put them together? You will get something that is incredibly refreshing and easy to drink. The light sour beer is accentuated by fruity hops to create a unique taste combination. There is nothing more suiting on a hot summer day.

Bottle at home. Slight hazy dark golden with small bubbly head. Caramel malts, light red berries, lactic sourness, roasted nuts, yoghurt, soft dank hops. It’s a bit all over the place. Light sweet, sour and bitter with long lasting weird roasted cardboard aftertaste. Under medium bodied.

33cl bottle from Uba ja Humal, Tallinn. Pours clear golden with a modest, white head. Fruity and citric aroma with lactic notes, sour berries and hints of yeast. Sour, fruity and certainly refreshing. Wouldn’t mind more of this when the weather gets warmer. Anyway still nice one.
