75 cl bottle vintage 2013 @ Timo A
Aroma is heavy and sweet with fruity notes and hints of hay. Flavour is sweetish with resiny notes, fruity hops and caramel. Heavy stuff, closer to an American strong ale than APA. And rather typical one.

750ml bottle @ Timo A. Thanks!

Pours dark amber orange with a thick white head. Aroma of bready malts, caramely malts, sweet syrup, grassy hoppiness and grapefruit. Taste is malty, bready and hoppy with hints of rye, syrup, spices and syrup. Finish is smooth, malty and stingy with some grassy notes, rye, spices and syrup. A bit unbalanced and stuffy, doesn’t feel very fresh.

750ml bottle [2013 vintage]. Hazy, reddish, darkest copper colour with average to huge, frothy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, off-white head. Citrusy fruity, hoppy aroma, notes of blood orange, orange, orange zest, a sweaty, resinous touch, caramel malty basis with bitter almond touch and hints of toffee. Taste is bitter hoppy, dry and minimally tart, hints of grapefruit and blood orange, a touch of hay, cautious malty basis with a touch of toffee. Minimally rough and dirty - really nice.

750ml bottle from the LCBO.2013 vintage. Pours a dark hazy amber with a pillowy beige head that leaves some good lace. Nose is grass and citrus with an earthy note. Nice sweet caramel malt balance with a touch of spice at the front extending to a long bitter finish. Medium creamy mouth with average carbonation. Very nice.
