Jens smagning (12/12/2024) - tart berry fruity and wheaty, prominent raspberry in aroma and taste, medium body and acidity, tingling carbonation, nice sour to tart raspberry fruity close. Very nice, on of the best of these experimental brews so far.

Can. A red beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of raspberries, yoghurt, funk, and wheat. The flavor is sour with notes of raspberries, lemons, yoghurt, and wheat, leading to a tart finish.
