Bottiglia BBE 2018 bevuta 10/2018. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso il caffè. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma color marrone castagno ha una scarsa tenuta. Le bollicine sono grandi. Il colore è come l'inchiostro nero. Il corpo è strutturato non pesante e articolato. L'amaro è non invadente. La forza gustativa è molto elevata. La continuità gustativa è lunga. Le sensazioni boccali finali inducono a bevuta compulsiva. Il finale è setoso, lungo, pulito, complesso e asciutto. Il retrogusto è intenso e persistente. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, crosta di pane, caffè, liquirizia, amaretto, frutta secca, pane tostato, luppolo, resina, agrumi, affumicato, uvetta bagnata nel rum e vino Porto.

Flaska lagrad 10 år på Tre små rum med PQ. Doftar slottskällare och portvin samt nån amerikansk humle. I munnen känns relativt stor sötma, portvin, russin och lite kaffe. Smakar lagrat. Mycket god .

Black with tiny light tan head. Roasted, fruity aroma, hops and licorice. Sugary sweet, salty licorice flavour along with woody, hoppy bitterness and alcohol burn. Slightly oily yet dry, probably because of the ABV.

330 mml bottle tasted on the 12/05/2015. Black opaque colour with no head at all. Aroma of alcohol, coffee and licorice. Taste is very alcoholic with presence of toffee, sweet licorice and dark coffe on the base. Aftertaste is very alcohol too. Next one please!

Flaske 330ml. Drukket i Skibotn 2 Apr 15. Kullsort med et lavt tett mokkafarget skum som varer litt. Søt vinøs aroma. Sherrypreg. Oljeaktig munnfølelse. Smaken er lakris & vanilje. Hint av sukkertøy. Holder seg slik lenge og avslutter tørt & bittert med med lakris.

Bottle 330ml. @ home on the terrace. [ As Revelation Cat Speed King ].Clear dark black color with a small to average, open and frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, caramel, molasses, wood - ceder wood notes. When is warms up also alcohol late in aroma. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, alcohol, roasted, woody, dark - black berries, dark roasted, chocolate, wood - tobacco. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light to moderate alcoholic. [20140731]

Bottle from Voldby Købmandsgaard - pours black with thin tan head. Nice mix of both roasted (slightly burned) malts and fruity hoppy notes in the aroma and taste, chocolate, cocoa, liquorice, verging more sweet than bitter on the palate until the finish. Very nice brew.
