Draft at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014. Pours lightly hazy gold with a creamy, white head. The nose holds sugary dough, light lemon and funk. Light sweet flavour with some sugary dough, yeast, lemon, faint rindy bitterness. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with Belgian yeast, light citrusy tang, modest funk. Pretty OK.

From tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014. amber orange color with off white head. Malty and yeasty aroma, caramel fruity, citrusy fruity and dark dried fruits, funky, spicy, herbal. Sweet, bitter and acidic taste. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of hops, quite fruity, a hint of nuts. Light sour flavour, quite bitter, hoppy. Somewhat astringent. Finish nuts, brett, fruity, bitter.

Draught at CBC ’14. Hazy orange liquid with medium white head. Aroma of lemon, apple, grain, funk and leather. Taste is dry and medium bitter with notes of lemon, apples and fresh hops. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Peculiar.

Draught @ CBC 2014 [ Green Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014, Sparta Hallen, Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads 11, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark [ As Brekeriet Hundra ].Unclear matt medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, riped fruit, fruit - old fruit, vegetables, yeasty. Flavour is moderate sweet, light acidic and bitter with a long duration, tart fruit, riped fruit, dry, brett, yeasty. Body is medium, texture is oily - watery, carbonation is soft. [20140503]

Draught @ BBB. Pours hazy golden with a creamy offwhite head that leaves a small trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is tiny sweet, tiny sour, funky and slightly sour with white bread, grapes, plums, hay, soil, mango, dried pine needles, leather barnyard and lemon zest. Taste is sweet, bitter, fruity and funky with white bread. caramel, pineapple, mango, dry soil, hay, grapes, barnyard, moist wood and lemon zest. Mouthfeel is soft, round, tiny dry and medium to full bodied. Finish is tiny sweet, bitter and funky with white bread, grapefruit juice, grapes, hay, dry soil, lemon zest and barnyard. Weird yet decent.

Bottle. Pours a hazy golden pale amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity funky sour bretty aroma. Fruity sour funky tart flavor. Has a fruityssour tart funky finish.

CBC. Unclear golden with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity, bretty and yeasty. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 030514
