CBC Session 4. Very hazy gold beer, small white head. Light crispy palate. Sweetish pale malts. Yeasty floralness, Bubblegum esters. Light orangey fruits. Light dry finish. Different!

Tap @ CBC, 14. Dark yellow with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, yeast, brett and spices. Flavour is malt, fruit, yeast, brett, spices, medium sweet, medium bitter and a little dry.

(Draught at Mikkeller Stockholm) Hazy golden colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, spicy nose with notes of dried fruit, bread, peaches, ripe apples and spicy yeast. Malty, fruity, spicy taste with dried fruit, grass, bread, spicy yeast and a generous bitterness in a finish with a slight alcohol bite. More than medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Quite spicy with a certain hop bite. Nice one.

Keg at Mikkeller, Stockholm. Cloudy orange, small head. Floral nose with caramel, honey and white pepper. Mid sweet with full body and soapy, rounded mouthfeel. Marzipan and grass. Long bitter finish with some heat.

Pours hazy amber with low white head. Aroma of grape barrels, apples, hay and honey. Taste is sweet and fruity with light fruit sour finish. Body is light.

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is herbal, phenolic and toasted. Bitter, dry phenolic and light toasted malty. Bitter and dry phenolic into a mild herbal finish.

[5/3/14] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration. 4th session. Cloudy orange. Aroma of yeast, fruitiness and a bit of bread. Sweetish flavor, a bit grainy, with yeasty fruitiness and a drier finish. Medium-bodied.

Draught @ Mikkeller Bar. Kind of similar to the great Stille Nacht with its cookie-like sweetness, light spiceiness (clove, white pepper) and tartness. Maybe just a little too sweet.

Smakprov på CBC 2014. Smak och doft av humle, brett, koriander, vete, banan och örter. Bra beska med smak av citrus, gräs och kryddor. Syrlig och frisk.

Smakprov på CBC 2014. Gyllenfärgad, disig, smutsvitt skum. Roligt att testa ett mer humlat öl från Brekeriet. Gräsig, syrlig, mycket vete, citrus, omogen banan, kryddig, blombukett och jäst. Rejäl gräsig beska som jag inte riktigt får ihop med de andra smakerna. Men det funkar ändå hyfsat och total upplevelsen är bra.
