Keg @ Friends of Ham. Smooth and dark, with a slight hint of sticky caramel although the sweetness is rather subtle for a bock. Enjoyable with a great texture.

Cask at CBC Islington - London. Pours clear brown with a tan cream head. The nose has toasty bread and ripe fruits. Medium sweet flavor with nicely layered, sugary malts, more ripe fruits, plums, faint brown sugar. Medium bodied with fine carbonation; good condition. Sugary semi-dark malt finish with ripe berries, grapes, raisins, plums, toasted sugars. Solid for the style. Great balance and very drinkable - especially for a bock.
