A hazy brown beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, bread, and caramel. The flavor is acidic with notes of brettanomyces, malt, caramel, and bread, leading to a tart finish.

From tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014. Brown color with off white head. Malty and tart fruity aroma, berries, light funky, wood. Sweet and light acidic fruity taste like aroma. MEdium oily body with soft carbonation.

Sample at CBC ’14. Deep brown liquid with medium light tan head. Aroma of lemon, red onion, pumpernickel and light wood. Taste is dry and light to medium sour with notes of red onion and lemon. Light to medium bodied with low to medium carbonation. Good Oud Bruinish beer.

Draught @ CBC 2014 [ Red Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014, Sparta Hallen, Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads 11, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark [ As Brekeriet Barrique Brune ].Unclear dark brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, tart, wood, light roasted. Flavour is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, dark malt, wood, tart - tart fruit. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20140503]

Tap at CBC 2014. Beer in the glass deep black, nice head. Malty-sourish aroma. Starts malty-sourish with some fruity notes of berries, light hints of liquorice. Finish well balanced and quite drinkable. Interesting beer!
