This fresh take on a DDH NEIPA is what happens when brewers get creative license in the hop chiller. Using Centennial, Chinook, Citra, Harlequin and a blast of smash mouth tropical fruit pulp and El Dorado to deliver a passion fruit aroma on the palate.

440ml can from Benny’s Place, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy, mango. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a smooth, somewhat rich, juicy mango, peachy, orange, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Can from Tesco, Reading. Grubby, murky pale amber brew with a thin white head. Lovely tropical fruit whiff; taste is similar but more muted. The cardboardy bitterness clashes a bit with the sweet fruits, and it's a tad thin. It's pleasant enough, but below Buxton's normal high standards and therefore rather disappointing.

Can via the online shop. Absolute bollocks dirty puddle water that stinks of shit. Didn’t even taste it. Imagine you’re that fucked you ask for actual money for this shit. Always loved Buxton but don’t put shit in a can.

For an unrefrigerated Tesco beer, it’s quite good! Frankly, very good in absolute terms as well. But Buxton is a solid brewery. The beer has nice tropical fruit vibes, low bitterness, tangerine, melon. Highly drinkable.

Can picked up from Tesco St Peters, Worcester in the company of Mum and Keith, Monday 20th October 2025. Pours hazy, milky gold edging with a slim white head, lots of tropical fruit, streaky with a tanginess, juicy, it's nice.
