(swing top bottle) Hazy, reddish amber colour with a beige mid-sized foamy head. Mildly toasted malty aroma with caramel, subtle berry-fruity notes, as well as delicately yeasty and herbal hoppy spice. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a well-carbonated mouthfeel. Slightly toasted malty taste with present notes of caramel, just a whiff of molasses and notes of candied fruits, dark berries in the background; caramelly, sweet malty finish with a very delicate but nevertheless still balancing hoppy bitterness. Likeable Lager in a rediscovered and complementary style. 01.VII.14
