Tap@Skaal, Copenhagen (24/02/2018) - medium hazy golden coloured pour with white head. A mix of tropical and citrus fruits, medium pale malts, some light caramel malt, grapefruit, peachy, lemon, hoppy bitter hoppy finish.

From tap. Pours hazy yellow. Small white head. Aroma is grapefruity and solid citrusy. Bitter, smoo fruity. Crisp hoppy. Mellow. Lingering fruity. Crisp hoppy and fruity far finish.

Tap at Koht. Amber colour, small off-white head. Riped fruit, sweetness, hops in the nose. Medium-bodied. Pineapple, citrus, marmalade. Not really Mosaic showcase but ok.

330ml bottle bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Near-clear golden-brown body. Firm off-white head leaving crocheted lacing on the glass. Moderate floral nose with hints of dried fruits. Blended taste of brown malts and apricot with yeasty fruitiness to a bittersweet ending. Medium bodied. Pretty alright. (Tromsø 20.10.2017).

Flaske 330ml fra Vinmonopolet Tromsø - Langnes. Drukket på Øverhøgda. Delt med Egil. Gyldenbrun. Lavt skum. Litt lacing. God fruktaroma. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken ulik frukt. Syrlig. Blir tørr etter hvert. Litt bunnfall. Bra øl.

(Keg at J.R.Schrammi Keller, 20170731) The beer poured deep mahogany coloured and clear. Its head was medium sized and nearly white. Aroma had fruitiness, pine, herbalness, caramel and toffee. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, peach, pine, caramel, toffee, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet, hoppy and bitter. A pleasant and complex brew.

RBESG 2017, sampled on July 21, 2017.At the brewery, Pühaste, ending the ride from Riga to Tartu. Brewery stop no 3, where the bus left us.Bottled.Clear golden color, white head. Hoppy, fruity, floral scent. Bitter, hoppy taste. Bitter aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, medium bitterness.7/3/7/3/13=3.3
