335 ml stubby clear bottle, poured into a goblet, courtesy of beastiefan2k. The pour is a slightly hazed yellow golden with a foamy fizzy one inch white head that falls quite noisily. The aroma is sour, soft funk, floral hop and general yeastiness, perhaps a hint of Brett. The taste is citrus sour right away, a bit of the funk, and some of the floral hop to the back. Initially, very biting sourness, though this does settle in. The palate is light bodied, highly carbonated, bright sourness continues through to the clean finish which has a hint of Brett. Fun beer, thanks for sending my way, Eugene.
