16 oz can purchased to go at the Sandhills Brewery in Mission, Kansas. The pour is a pinkish golden, with a foamy off white head that falls quickly. The aroma is tart sour citrus, and the prickly pear fruit. The taste is initially quite tart with the citrus sour, the bright fruit and then soft salt and wheat grain. The palate is light bodied, active carbonation and clean tart finish.
