Pour is a cloudy gole with a huge white head. Aroma is a nice tropical fruit. Flavor is again a real nice tropical fruit with some slight tartness and soft carbonation. I've never heard of this MO brewer but this beer was super flavorful.

12 oz goblet draft at the Flying Horse Tavern in Kansas CIty, Missouri. The pour is a slightly hazed orange golden with a small white head with nice lace. Pretty beer. The aroma is floral bright fruity ester yeast, some of the guava fruit and some faint wheat under that. The taste is immediately the huge ester yeast, floral, artificial tropical fruit sweet, slight tartness and then the wheat and more of the yeast and floral. The palate is medium bodied with an unfiltered mouthfeel and unpleasant lingering yeast. American made Saisons often drift into this territory, had homebrew vibes.
