It is a regular lager, not the best, not the worst. The taste is a bit metalic, malt, some bitterness, gold color, ok when yoy are thirsty, from Amstein, tasting it at Lausanne, Prélaz.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso resta attratto dall'orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e l'intensità olfattiva è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La parte liquida si presenta limpida. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è normale, con durata sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Sul tetto della bocca si fermano impressioni di miele, cereali e agrumi.

Bottled. Yellowish golden colour with a small white head, which disappears fast. Aroma is hay, some corn, mild herbs and a bit grains. Flavour is cereals, hay, some herbs, grains and ild grassy bitterness along with a strange sweet alcohol tone to it.

Pours slightly hazy golden, almost no head. Grainy malty nose, a bit sweaty. Not much there. Gently sweet with lemony grassy bitterness. Shorter aftertaste. Lighter and extra sparkly. Ok

May ’16. A 0.33 l bottle that poured exactly 0.3 l of lightly hazy golden body with medium sized frothy head. Lemony, grainy and bread aroma. Flavor was well balanced, fine buttery, lightly lemony and pleasant biscuit/bread malty. Medium to thin in body with moderate, only vaguely sour finish both from lemon hop and bread malt. Some weird concrete off-note at the very end. Quite fine for what it is anyway, expected much worse.
