~7 oz tulip draft at Sandhills Brewing in Mission, Kansas. The pour is mostly clear caramel, copper golden with a small white head. The aroma is cereal malt, caramel sweet and a grass yeast. The taste is clean crisp cracker malt, with a hint of the grass - very much a classic Vienna. The palate is light to medium bodied with soft carbonation and earth soft sweet finish. Great take on the style.
