On tap at Bar Hop.
Hazy orange pour, with a white, frothy head. LIghtly peppery, with some great spice. Lively carb, solid mouth feel. The finish is spicy, a touch fruity, and some light grassy hops. interesting.

This saison poured a dark yellow colour with a big, creamy, off white head. Nice lacing. Scents include allspice, corn, cinnamon and apple pie. First swig was quite carbonated. Flavours of spices, apple and light toast. Finish was medium bitter with nice pumpkin pie flavours lingering.

Great Lakes Brewery Saison du Pump 5.2% Opaque gold with a thick white head and a huge spicy pumpkin beer aroma. It doesn’t scream saison but it does deliver pumpkin. Medium bodied with a balanced pumpkin spice flavor. I get nothing saison like but it is a really good example of a pumpkin beer. I’m glad I picked this up in Toronto last winter. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tasting at Matt’s
Cloudy dark blond color, no head. The aroma has a strong coriander component, and banana. The mouthfeel is dry, quite weak, and the flavor is poor.
Drinkable Saison.

Bottle - Banana and some light citrus. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Light sweet banana and not much else. Pumpkin spice but too much banana.

650mL bottle, pours a cloudy orange with a medium white head. Aroma brings out Belgian yeast upfront, with subtle pumpkins and banana. Flavour is strange, bringing out lots of banana upfront, with some garbage-y notes, pumpkins and Belgian yeast. Too much banana on this for it to be pleasant, though at least it's not disastrous. Meh.

Bottle from Bierkompass, bought in March 2014. Hazy orange with a white head. Aroma of spices, yeast, light funk, fruit and some bread. Similar taste. A realxed and easy to drink one. The body was on the light side and the finish quite dry.
