The aroma is barrel, darker cherry and some general earthiness. The taste is barrel wood, the black cherry, earth, grass and a bit of the leather Brett to the finish. The palate is medium bodied with soft active carbonation and a mineral and leather finish. Fun, will be interesting to see how this develops with the. Solid as is.
