16 oz Willebecher draft at Martin City Pizza and Tap in Kansas City, Missouri. The pour is a hazed golden yellow with a small white head and nice lace. The aroma is general spice Belgian yeast along with wheat grain. The taste is the clean Wit flavors from the yeast, along with a bit of lemon citrus, the clean wheat grain and a nice mineral note carries the end. The palate is light bodied, unfiltered mouthfeel and the dry mineral finish. Solid.
