~3 oz sample at the Boulevardia Taps & Tastes in Kansas City, Missouri. The pour is a hazed golden orange with with a not much of a white head. The aroma is traditional Saison yeast, cloves and grassy earth. The taste is the clove, though expresses in a much spicier manner than the nose, this is followed close by the grass and earth, and finishes with clean pleasant yeast notes. The palate is medium to light bodied, softer natural carbonation and the yeast finish. Always enjoy the Martin City Saisons.
