Flaske på Mandag i annen (Cardinal) okt-14: rødbrun med beige skum. Mye malt i aromaen som seg hør og bør for denne stilen, i tillegg kjenner jeg ristet mørkt brød og mitt fininnstilte snyteskaft detekterer også en anelse av røykmalt. Smaken domineres av mørke bær og lys sjokolade. Fint karbonert.

Shared bottle at "Mandag i annen", Cardinal. Pours reddish-brown with cream-coloured head. Aroma with hints of chocolate and smoked roastiness. Easy to drink despite malt, chocolate, vanilla, caramel, a little smoke and dark fruits.

Shared bottle at Mi2 at Cardinal 27.10.14. Brown. Beige head. Dark malt, coffee, prunes and sweet chocolate in aroma. Similar taste. A bit of malt sourness.

Copper with a small off-white head. Malty aroma of toffee and toasted bread with hints of dried fruit and licorice. Sweet malty flavour with toffee, licorice and dried fruit. A slightly roasted note in the finish, but too sweet for me.

330 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 5.0%. Dark reddish brown colour, moderate off-white head. Lightly roasty aroma of dark bread and slightly burnt breadcrumbs, hints of roasted nuts and caramel. Soft mouthfeel, moderate carbonation. Moderately roasty flavour, not very sweet, burnt breadcrumbs and pumpernickel bread, hints of caramel. Minimal hops. OKish.

Draught @ [ DOE - Olfestival Kobenhavn 2014 ] @ Tap1, Ny Carlsbergvej 91, 1760 Copenhagen, Denmark. [ As Coisbo Hunter Beer ].Unclear matt medium brown amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, candy malt, sugary malt, bread, light roasted. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, sugary malt, dakr malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140522]
