Bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours bright golden with a small white head. Aroma of corn, grain, vegetable. Toward heavy sweetness, light bitterness. Light body, very sticky texture, average carbonation. Wasn’t expecting much and it didn’t disappoint.

Bottle from Alko. Poured clear golden color with a thin white head. Sweet malty, some corn, some hay. Buttery notes in flavor. Light bodied, high carbonation. Pretty useless on its own.

Bottled 330ml (Alko Vaasa)
Golden color, good white head. Sweetish, hints of diacetyl in the nose. Light-bodied. Sweetish malty, perfumic, cardboardish and diacetylic flavor. Feels quite unclean. The most important question: why state monopoly Alko sells this?

Bottled (from Alko Kivihaka, Vaasa). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is toffee, grains, some rubber and rather diacetylic. Flavour is buttery, grainy and quite hayish along with mild bready notes.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Tom L’s place. Thanks Tom L. Pale yellow with almost no head. Aroma of diacetyl, some skunky hops, DMS. Sweetish flavor, with butter, honey, and bitterish skunky hops. Light-bodied, some diacetyl in the mouthfeel. Pretty bad.

At a tasting, thanks, almost no head, a little intense and just a touch hazy yellow color, light honey malty aroma, honey candy flavor, very light bitterness. Not good.

A light yellow beer, a head is medium and white. Aroma has malts, sweetness, some grass, pure. Taste has maltyness, some grassy bitterness, the aftertaste is unlikely musty. Almost medium bodied. Boring beer.

330ml bottle. Pours a very pale golden yellow colour with no head at all. Aroma is light, grainy malty grassy notes. Flavour is more malty than the aroma through to the finish, grains and grass again, a light bitterness at the end. Not a great pilsener but inoffensive.

Bottle. A clear, golden beer topped by a small, off-white head. The aroma is lightly fruity and malty, with some hay and grass. It’s rather thin on the palate, with soft carbonation, quite dry. The flavor has some wet cardboard hints, but just hints, as well as hay, grass, some generic fruityness and a faint bitterness. Lasting finish. Sure drinkable, but just another boring pale lager. 150711
