Bottle 500ml. @ home on the terrace. [ As De Jyske Bryghuse Goa Goa ].Light light unclear medium amber orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, grass, orange - citrus, fruity. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, orange, mango, caramel, sweet malt - fruit. A bit like some of the US sweet DIPA’s that comes to DK (Europe) a bit unfresh and old ! Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20140803]

Bottle. An almost clear one, dark golden body and a minimal-sized, dense, off-white head. The aroma is on the sweetish side, with resiny, piney hops and citrus peel. Caramel malts and stale hops. It’s a tad sweet on the palate, with some pale malts. Pine cones and resins, some alcohol hints too. Full body and a soft carbonation. Lasting finish with caramel malts, pine cones, resins and a nice bitterness. Not superb in any way, but decent and some. 140815

Pours clear deep golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, bread, citrus, orange, grape and hint of pine . Taste is medium to heavy sweet and medium bitter with a long warm, sweet and caramel finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle, 8.5%. Very caramelly aroma, the bonbon type. Clear copper colour. Good stable creamy chalk white head. The flavour is sweet at first, then comes vanilla and citrus. Later a bitterness which does well to balance the sweetness, but just not quite enough, though. A citrus vanilla alcohol pale ale, and I like it. It is a bit too sweet in my opinion, but good.

Bottle. Pours clear amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of malt, citrus, hops and fruit. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with grassy touches and round,msweet notes of fruit and malt. Pleasant, bitter aftertaste. Well-balanced and enjoyable.
