CBC Session 3. Almost clear gold - amber beer, small pale cream coloured head. Palate is smooth and dry with mild fine carbonation. Tangy light malts with a touch of appley fruits. Mellow white smoke and mild spice. Finishes light with a carbonated nip. Pretty drinkable for a smoked.

[5/3/14] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration. 3rd session. Hazy gold. Aroma of smoke, fruitiness and spiciness. Smoky flavor, a bit sweetish, a bit spicy, with some fruity notes and a nice drier smoky finish. Medium-bodied.

Draught, pour into a small festival glass at Copenhagen Beer Celebration, session no. 3. Next to clear amber coloured body. Lasting off-white head. Mild smoked aroma, meat-like, together with grainy malts, semi-sweet. Taste is made up by moderate smoked malts mixed with drying fruits. Leafy hops to the finish. Medium bodied. Half way pleasing (Copenhagen 03.05.2014).

Sampled @ CBC 2014. Clear rusty orange color, medium sized off-white head. Aroma is malts, smoke, bacon. Taste malts, smoked malts, smoke, lightly a smoky sourness. Not my kind of beer.
