Bottle from Morrisons, Eccles. Copper-red with no head. A sweetened ale, but it’s the orange aroma and flavour which really dominates. Potent in its nose, its less stated in its taste, but it’s still fullish all the same.

Dark coppery color with a minimal and quickly diminishing white head. Aroma has notes of orange with floral hops. Flavor is quite similar as aroma, lots of fruits, mainly orange and tangerine. Slightly bitterness in the final with orange notes.

330ml bottle from Morrisons, Preston. 99p sell-off-tastic! A good six weeks away from its "best before" date, mind you. I used to think 6.2 was kind if a magic number for beer... Most of the beers I?d had, or made at that strength were pretty good, if not excellent. Nice to meet one that disproves the rule. I think even Batemans have made beers that are more orange and barley than this one. It?s sweet as, but lacks anything orangey other than a cheap cordial note. It?s thin, pours clear dark amber, no head. Pishest of the pish beers I?ve bought from a supermarket today. 99p though, extra point for the value.

Bottle that Jim shared - cheers. Orange in coloue with a white head. Smells of cheap orangeade and chlorine. Tastes of cheap orangeade and washing up liquid. Light beery bitterness behind fails to improve things. This is a terrible beer - all 3 people present found it completely undrinkable. And possibly poisonous.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear orangey amber with an off-white head. Sweet orange aroma, spicy sweet. Medium body, lowish carbonation, rather enticing orange notes but also a little on the sweet side bordering cloying. The late hops aren’t quite enough for balance. 070115
