Bottle at home in London - picked up at Mikkeller & Friends in Copenhagen. Pours clear, bright gold, lightly effervescent with a velvety cream head. The brett really comes through in the nose, lots of manure, general barnyard, some grass. Light sweet flavor with a bit of spicy brett, mild pale malts, low bitterness, hints of lemon. Light bodied with lively carbonation. Clean finish with mild drying brett, some poo, light sweetness. Refreshing beer but little in the way of flavor here. Easy drinking - assuming you like brett, of course.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a small, rough white head. Subtle funky nose with some refined fruitiness. Medium body, lowish carbonation, fruit, yeast and sulphur with some subtle Brett and barnyard. Appears quite fresh, vitamins with a solid dose of late hops. A sophisticated and pleasing little beer. 220413
