Draught at CBC 2014. Clear copper liquid with a small off-white head. Aroma of brett, coffee, biscuit and caramel. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter with notes of brett and caramel. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Weird. Sweet for a brett beer.

Small festival glass, draught at Copenhagen Beer Celebration, first session. Near clear, dark amber. Fair off-white head. Smell of earthy malts joined by tart berries. Nuts and caramel flavours offset by farmyard and berries. Semi-tart ending. Medium bodied. Fair enough (02.05.2014).

Draft at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014, Session 1. Pours clear, amber-gold with a frothy, white head. OK, just OK. Some dried berries, lightly dried brown bread, wood. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Moderate sweetness in the ending with further bread, grains, and faint caramel. Ho hum. Needs some fine tuning.

Draught @ CBC second day morning session. Hazy pale golden color, small white head. Smell and taste lots of hops, quite fruity and softly bitter. Not a lot of brett imo but certainly a nice beer. Average body and carbonation.
