Süß bananiger Geruch. Im Antrunk weniger stark aber deutlich erkennbar bananig, leicht herb, süffig. Süß-bitterer Mittelteil, trocken werdend. Nett. 10/8/8/8/9/8

500ml bottle. Clear, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with small to average, frothy, diminishing, white head. Grainy, strawy aroma, some malt spicyness, a honey-biscuity touch. Taste is minimally sweet pale malty, grainy, cautiously strawy, subtle honey biscuit sweetness. Too sweet to be called "drinkable".

Bottle 500ml. @ home on the terrace. [ As Karmeliter Export ].ABV: 5.4%. Clear medium orange yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, straw, pale malt, grass. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, sugary malt, hay - straw. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20140425]

500ml Flasche. Ins Glas ergießt sich ein dunkel goldenes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig süß, Getreide. Geschmack malzig fruchtig, würzig, leichte Bitterkeit.

Bottle looks simple but really good. Beer in the glass zippy, huge head. Starts malty, a bit moldy, modest sourish. More and more spicy-malty, some grasy notes. Finish more balanced, still fine spicy. Quite drinkable. Not bad!

bottle, thank you MoritzF! Golden colour, slightly hazy, small head. Intensive aroma of malt. Full-bodied, very aromatic, full of fruity and malty flavours with a shy bitterness blended into the background. More hoppy in the lingering finish and aftertaste.

Bottle: Golden, slightly hazy, smaller foamy layer; distinctive sweet-grainy nose with a delicate fruity-nutty and hoppy support, but cave: the first molecular signs of a beginning infection are already in the aroma; moderate sweet and bitter flavour, medium bodied; the sweet barley shows up again in the sweet-bitter finish. A pleasant, chewy Export......
