500 ml bottle, from Erling Christensen Møbler, Sindal. ABV is 8.8%. Clear deep golden colour, moderate white head. Aroma of white kandij sugar syrup, grain and dust, a hint of mild spices. Flavour with the same elements, some fruit too, but mostly sugary. Not terrible, but won't buy again.

Pours clear deep golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, alcohol, apples, caramel, yeast and dried fruits. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long warm, caramel, fruity finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. Clear, dark golden in color, with a small, off-white head. The aroma is rather malty and sugary, with acetone-ish alcohol. Dark dried fruits. Lots of acetone in the flavor, dried fruits and some fresh fruits, Warming and full-bodied, with a soft carbonation. Lasting acetone finish with a nice fruityness. Far from drinkable this one. Damn it’s acetone-ish. 150522

bottle. clear yellow, fluffy white head. aroma is quite bitter, also some flowery sweetness, and a beligan yeasty note. Aroma is that of a dry triple. Flavor is not that tripel like, but more like a boozy european beer. notes of honey and booze and yellow fruits. not entirely sure why i don’t like this much. it just doesn’t seem to come off as either a qualty beer, or a good belgian crazy beer.

Big offwhite head. Clear amber body with light carbonation. Delicate spicy fruity aroma with earthy seeds of paradise notes. Dryish, and faintly sweet, coriander and seeds of paradise taste with dried fruit notes. Mid-to-light body. Mild, soft mouthfeel, faintly flat. Dryish fruity herbal spicy wooden aftertaste with toffee, metal and honey notes. Lovely! Balanced, delicate, harmonic, and drinkable. Could use more bitterness (a la Westmalle Tripel), perhaps, but still great. (0.5l bottle, from Fish & Beer, Copenhagen.)

Bottle @ Salling Beer fest. Pours ggolden with a white head. Aroma of malt, grain yeast, light sweetness, honey, nuts, grass. Flavor is light sweet, malty, yeast, honey, nuts. Medium body, soft carbonation. 280315
